Annual All-Girls Hockey Camps in Thunder Bay & Ottawa |  | Currently, there are very few hockey schools focused solely on female development. The Superior Edge Hockey School would like to change this by providing female hockey players with the tools they need to improve their skills and raise awareness of the opportunities that are available to women through sport. Founded in 2005, our goal is to offer the players a well organized, fun, and educational camp at a low cost.

2010 Registration Groups (grouped by date of birth):
2000-2002: 2nd year Novice, Atom (Beginners-Advanced)
1998-1999: Peewee (Beginners-Advanced)
1994-1997: Bantam/Midget (Beginners-Intermediate)
On-Ice Instruction: (2h20min/day) power skating, stick handling, passing, shooting, checking, puck protection, skill stations, and team strategies
Off-Ice Instruction: (2h40mins/day) proper warm-up/cool down, plyometrics, skating imitations & slide board, resistance training, goal setting, nutrition, chalk talk, agility, strength, speed, balance, core, stick handling, shooting, circuit training, and a motivational talk with Katie and pictures with the gold medals and the 2010 Olympic Torch!
*This camp focuses on the fundamental skills of hockey and is open to all skills levels. We group players according to skill level. Each session is geared towards individual instruction and each player is coached/pushed to their individual skill level. The Off-ice sessions includes a majority of the National Team's off-ice training program!The EDGE Award: Given to a player who demonstates leadership, team work, a positive attitude, and work ethic both on and off the ice.

Any player who is registers and pays in full by Jan. 31st, 2010 will be entered into our early bird draws. Payment must be recieved by Jan. 31st, 2010 in order to qualify. The Prizes are:
